However, there are some great responsibilities that come along with getting or owning an electric chainsaw. Maintaining it will never be easy.

First, you need to find the time to lubricate your tool. Regularly, it must be lubricated. Second, you need to exert effort to clean your tool often. Cleaning it often will keep it working in great condition. When cleaning, check out sawdust from logging. It can cause clog to the air intake filter.  To remove sawdust from logging, a compressed air or clean gas can be used. And finally, you need to keep the chains sharp. You can use a jig or a round file. If you want, you can also use specialized electric sharpening jig but you need to remove the chains from the saw itself.
